Refund Policy

Everything is made fresh to order. If an order has not started preparation, call the café and we will cancel it at no charge.

If something is wrong with your order — missing, incorrect or not up to standard — contact us the same day and we will remake it or refund that item.

Refunds for card payments are returned to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.

Delivery fees are refunded when the fault is ours. Orders that cannot be delivered because the address or contact details were incorrect are not refundable.
